Spirit Guide Connection

Whether you call them spirit guides, angels, totem animals, ascended masters, or ancestors, every person born on the planet has at least one helper, sometimes two or more, in non-physical who is with them during their lifetime.

There are many times we feel alone in our struggles, and believe we must figure it out all by ourselves. But in truth, we are never alone, and we have allies surrounding and guiding us daily. Connection to your spirit guide(s) is a powerful tool to help you on your journey. Knowing they are there and opening yourself up to communication with them can connect you deeper with yourself, finding it easier to live out your life in great joy.

A spirit guide consultation will begin with a brief exercise in balancing your energy to maximize your receptivity. Then we would welcome your guide(s) to come forward and show us how to deepen your connection to them. I would channel any messages they would have for you, enabling you to ask them any questions you would like to know.

We would end our session with a guided meditation with the intention of you meeting your guide(s) directly. Contact can come through various ways, whether by a vision, voices speaking directly to your mind, a gentle touch on your skin, or patterns and symbols repeating in your life. My experience in assisting people increase their ability to communicate directly with their guide(s) has been most successful with a combination of clear intention, maintaining your energetic flow and balance, persistence in practicing these techniques, and patience with yourself.  Everyone is able to receive information and guidance. Believing that you are "not gifted" is the biggest block you have to overcome in communicating with your spirit guide(s). Only you can do that - see yourself as asking and receiving from them and it will happen.
