Energetic Balancing & Healing
Though we are first and foremost an energy being who chooses to be in a physical body, most of us have forgotten that as we are born into this dense 3rd-dimensional plane. We no longer remember that form (matter) follows thought (energy), thinking that the form is all there is. And because we think that way, so is the form of our reality. We neglect our energetic bodies, letting them wither and waste away, diverting all our attention to focus on our physical body. We spend more and more of our resources on our health, yet we seem to be sicker than ever.
Having a strong energy body that flows continually is essential to our well-being and health. Imagine a stream that is blocked - the water quickly becomes stagnant and smelly, turning into a place for disease to propogate. It brings me great joy to act as a catalyst to remove the blockages and begin moving the stuck energy, whereby allowing your body to heal itself naturally.
An energetic healing consultation begins with a scan of your energy body, looking for any blockages or resistance. Next, I begin to move the energy, either eliminating or shifting whatever is inhibiting flow. We would then discuss any images or information that I receive or see during the treatment. I will guide you through some meditative and deep breathing exercises tailored to you for your daily practice in maintaining your energy body. I will then ask to receive any further instruction from your spirit guides on what would be the most helpful for you.
Sometimes in a consultation, I see soul ties or cords coming off someone, tied to either a situation or another person, which in many cases drains energy. With your agreement, we would sever the connection and perform any additional energetic healing necessary around the area. In other cases, an intense or traumatic event in your past may have caused a part of your soul to separate or essentially "freeze" in that moment, prohibiting you from growing and moving with the fullness of your being. Performing a shamanic soul retrieval integrates those lost pieces of yourself and can dramatically alter your life, giving you a centeredness and peacefulness you may never have experienced in this lifetime.
I use whatever means I have available to assist you in your healing, whether it comes from Reiki, Chi Kung, pranic, Christian, or shamanic healing modalities. I use a variety of tools to ease the work, including crystals, essential oils, incense, herbs, rattles, chimes, or drums. My goal is to help you feel full of your own power, knowing your healing comes from within you.
Healing work can be done in-person or over the phone.
